I know that’s exactly what I used to do when I worked in an office. My shoulders were often up by my ears and they felt like rocks. My massage therapist would often tell me to have more regular treatments. It wasn’t until one day I woke up and couldn’t move my head to the right anymore then I actually listened.
It is surprising how difficult life can be when you can’t move your head fully, it makes driving more challenging, turning round to look at something causes sudden painful twinges. It’s no fun.
So I invested in my own well being.
